Our Story
It all started with a simple conviction:
Christian agents should never feel alone in this industry.
Garrett had a vision to gather believers in real estate — not around production metrics or trophies, but around purpose, excellence, and the gospel.
So he launched The Faithful Agent, a nonprofit serving Christians across every brokerage through local groups, a podcast, conferences, and practical tools for integrating faith and business.
As The Faithful Agent grew, something unexpected happened. Agents began asking a deeper question:
“How can we actually be in business together?” Not just in community. Not just in conversation. But truly together — aligned in mission, united in purpose, and linked in a way that allowed everyone to grow.
For a long time, there wasn’t an answer. Then God opened a door.
That’s when eXp entered the picture. It was the one platform that allowed the gathering of believers all over the globe to pursue excellence, serve faithfully and glorify God together. Something that would actually bring us into business with one another. Something that had never been done.
That’s where Dave came in. With his love for Jesus and love for agents and deep understanding of the eXp model, he showed Garrett how they could bring Christians around the globe together in business together on the platform. That’s what led them to create the 2:10 Collective - the first ever opportunity for the global Christian agent community to come together in business.
This isn’t just a group.
