It all started with a simple but powerful vision God placed on my heart: to build a place where Christians in real estate could truly belong — a community where faith wasn’t just welcomed, it was central.

I felt a deep calling to create that space, and from that calling, The Faithful Agent was born — a nonprofit dedicated to equipping and encouraging believers in real estate, no matter their brokerage. Through podcasts, local groups, conferences, and shared resources, The Faithful Agent grew into more than just a community. It became a movement.

But as that movement grew, one question kept coming up: “How can we go beyond encouragement and actually build something together?” For a while, I didn’t have an answer. Then God opened a door.

That door was eXp Realty— a platform unlike any other. It made it possible for believers to come together in business across cities, states, and nations. Not just as colleagues, but as co-laborers in the Kingdom. For the first time, we could truly combine mission with model — pursuing excellence, serving faithfully, and glorifying God together in our work.

Around that time, I connected with Dave, who shared my heart for Jesus, my passion for helping agents thrive, and my vision for what this could become. With his deep understanding of the eXp model and his unwavering commitment to Kingdom impact, we began building something new — together.

That’s how The 2:10 Collective was born — the first global opportunity for Christian real estate agents to link arms not only in mission, but also in business.

Our heart is simple but bold: to see Christian agents everywhere become more excellent at work, more present at home, and more courageous in proclaiming the hope of the Gospel to a world desperate for a Savior.

This is more than a business model. It’s a Kingdom movement — and we’re just getting started.
